  • Location: Munich (Sendling): relocation not preferred
  • Parking possibilities: good
  • Work days: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 6.30pm; lunch 12.30pm to 1.30pm

 

6. Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Professional Project Management with responsibility for conceptualization, enquiries/quotations (internal/external), delivery via execution and invoicing
  • Development, maintenance and archiving of project plans
  • Development of in-depth knowledge of the client/market/sector
  • Controlling of the defined budgets (internal and external)
  • Identifying and co-ordinating all project related parties (internal and external)
  • Customer Relationship Management (day-to-day client contact)
  • Further business development with existing client accounts (repeat business)
  • Cost optimisation via 3rd party purchasing negotiations (in projects)
  • Reports directly to the Managing Director (Operations)

 

7. Professional Profile

  • Associate Degree or BA in Marketing/Communications, online marketing related disciplines preferred with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience
  • Proven project management and key accounting capabilities
  • Experience in an online consultancy environment preferred (e.g., e-marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, Web CMS, CRM, Cloud Based Services, etc.)
  • Sales-oriented hands-on worker, not only a manager
  • Experience in working directly with freelancers as well as suppliers of marketing services with a good understanding of the typical supplier pricing structures
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for B2B Marketing and Industries
  • General curiosity about technologies and new developments
  • Enjoys working on the consultancy and service side
  • Dedicated to delivering value adding services
  • Thinks and acts pro-actively
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in order to deal tactfully and effectively with internal/external contacts at all levels
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Acts with honesty and integrity, open in communication, respectful towards others regardless of race, cultural background, nationality, language or beliefs
  • Proven ability to work, lead and motivate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate work distribution

  • Proficiency in both oral & written business German and English (other languages will be an advantage)
